TOPIC: Kiev, Maydan

Kiev, Maydan 2013-12-24 20:19, 8 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
I am hearing the west news, where they are mostly protecting and supporting the demonstrators on Maydan and encouraging/provoking them to continue do their job.
Here you may see those demonstrators in action.
How Berkut is being provoked.
Note, that you'll get significant part of them at you, in Europe, as immigration which will take the jobs, if Ukraine will get into the Union
I also imagine how they will eventually get some demands, meet at your government and block its work (uniting together with similar peoples of your place)

You should also be aware of the cost of such action; the everyday budget of Maydan is : 1 mln Grivnas (121k $) per day.
Thus it is a well organized mass, and makes significant damage to the government of a/the target country.

This is what happens when goverment and people can't find an agreement.
Violence, though, is never a good solution.

Briefly explaining, the technology of Nonviolent resistance, which is used in Colour revolutions, was described by Gene Sharp, and it requires :
1) Protesters are doing peaceful demonstration against government.
2) Guards are using force against them.
3) Mass media are showing/representing that under "correct" angle.
4) The rating of government diminishes, because the other people see, that there some brutal force is applied, and it disgusts them.

That technology has succeed in Maydan 2004, where the protesters successfully shifted the elected president Yanukovich, and replacing him to Yuschenko.
But same technology, due to some reasons, has failed in Russia in 2011.
It also got fail in Maydan 2014, as we see.
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=майдан
2014-01-21, Berkut burns from Molotov cocktail
And at the finish, we may see packing of the mostly active members of that revolution.
Berkut by the other side of barricades.
Berkut saves Gavriliuk from burning himself.
Berkut is mocking at protesters.

After Yuschenko has got the president's chair, the destruction inside of the country has continued, and got a major consequences.
That destruction was one of factors, that the people wouldn't really like to support one more revolution.
The rating of Yuschenko has decreased low, and on the elections of 2010, the president became Yanukovich, the leader of communist party.
Living wage per month is 1176 Grivnas, what is 100 Eu, and is significantly smaller than Russia or Lithuania have.

Technology of Sharp requires, that the defenders would use force against demonstrators.
We do not see on video this having place.
Instead, the guards are acting peacefully, what makes the technology of Sharp ineffective.
After few days of such opposition, the demonstrators have noticed that their action could not succeed.
Hiding beyond peaceful demonstrators, another wave of protesters - rebels, have began to act more intensively.
Those used Molotov cocktail, and with a help of metal bars they were picking cubes out from the pavement, and throwing it to militia.
Streets of Kiev got significant damages, burns.

Especially look in the mentioned Berkut by the other side of barricades. video : on 01:35 a woman behind camera is saying : he has pliers !
In the mind of a people, who is zombified by TV, paints some picture of a torture.
Different people - different picture paints in his mind.
But all of them have the same common thing : the drawn picture is the worst what their mind can paint

And a bit lesser known formation (new one ?) - Titushki.
Most of explanations I've seen so far, are saying, that they are sponsored by Party of Regions (currently ruling one), but I would suspect ... it not necessarily is so.
Just the situation is so disgusting for peoples of Ukraine, that there any new formation against those Euromaidan(s) could rise.

The story goes farther.

Youngsters were used in capture of Kharkov's government administration building.
Their asses been kicked a bit
And not by militia or Berkut, but by normal people of Kharkov, who really didn't want to have this mess in their city.

And that is in another region of Ukraine.
A follower of Bandera (nazi) now can scream on militia men.
And militia has no rights comparing to those nazis; only those have.

Info sources are saying, that this damn war was massively financially supported from US.
But now I hear rumors, that together with a squad of instructors from US, there were few dozens of instructors from Germany too.
(Such a "peaceful action" (a war with a plain kills) required and requires many millions of dollars, and up to billions. Only a developed country or a coalition of them can do that.)

There's currently quite a high risk that something goes terribly wrong.
